实验室主要研究成果
2015年至2020年期间,重点实验室发表高水平(SCI/EI)论文179篇,其中EI论文6篇,SCI期刊源论文173篇;出版教材、学术专著24部。授权国家专利46项;软件著作权登记12项,授权规程、技术标准10项,审定新产品2项,小麦新品种2个。获各类奖项9项,其中,兵团科技进步一等奖1项、二等奖2项、三等奖1想,其他省部级奖项5项。
(一)实验室重大研究成果介绍
1、新疆棉花优质高产栽培的光合生理基础研究
本项目立足新疆光热资源及灌溉农业的特点,开展棉花产量形成的光合生理生态基础及调控技术研究。项目从棉花高产群体光合性能变化逐步深入到个体、器官(叶片、非叶绿色器官)、光合机构的电子传递,全面揭示了新疆高产棉花不同层次光合作用变化规律及影响机制,阐明了种植密度、滴水、施肥、化学调控等技术措施对不同层次光合性能的影响机制及其根系对光合性能的支撑作用,结合棉花品种光合作用特性,揭示棉花优质高产形成的生理机理及调控,明确了提高棉花光合物质生产的技术途径,提出了以棉花光合性能为核心的栽培理论。主要创新点包括:(1)首次提出了新疆高产棉花冠层光合生产力的指标体系,明确了高产棉花冠层结构与光分布的均匀性是群体光合生产力变化的核心因素。(2)揭示了叶片结构优化是棉花冠层光能高效利用的生理基础。(3)首次阐明了棉花叶片和非叶绿色器官对冠层光合功能的调控机制;揭示了棉花各器官的光能利用机制及光合稳定性的生理基础。(4)揭示了水肥供应对棉花根系生长发育的影响机理,明确了根系对地上部光合生产力的影响;基于叶片光合产物对棉纤维品质形成的物质供应与转化因素,提出了光合性能优化的棉花优质高产高效目标管理技术体系。
该项目获授权专利 11 件、软件著作权 3 个,发表论文 133 篇,丰富发展了新疆棉花栽培理论与技术,促进了新疆棉花科学技术的进步。创建了棉花高产高效栽培理论与技术体系在 2012—2018 年实现新增经济效益 15.02 亿元,其中 2016—2018 年新增经济效益 7.36 亿元。为示范区培养了技术骨干 13 人、基层科技骨干 435 人以上;通过举办技术培训班,培训农(职)工 17504 人次。
2、春小麦品种新春31号和新春39号的选育与推广
小麦是新疆重要的粮食作物,本项目针对新疆春小麦品种普遍存在的产量水平低和品质欠佳的主要问题,在作物育种和栽培领域,开展了高产、优质新品种选育和栽培技术集成与示范推广,取得了重大突破:(1)创立了小麦品种品质定向改良的新方法,发明小麦耐热性筛选新方法,构建了滴灌小麦抗倒性综合评价技术体系,大幅度提高了育种效率;(2)采用新的育种技术方法,先后育成了2个具有自主知识产权的高产、优质、抗逆新品种,创制了一大批具有应用潜力的种质资源;(3)新品种高产栽培技术集成和示范工作取得显著成果。新春39号在吉木乃县创造了701.09公斤/亩的历史最高产量;(4)结合新疆春小麦种植区生态特点,创建了小麦高产栽培技术规程及标准。其中结合阿勒泰地区春小麦种植实际情况,制订的“有机农产品小麦栽培技术规程”为新疆第一部有机小麦生产地方标准,填补了区内空白。项目审定新品种2个,发明专利1项,制订地方标准3项;发表论文21篇;品种累计推广138.35万亩,新增利润1.16亿元。
该项目在育种方法和评价技术体系上有明显创新,培育的品种较好地结合了高产、优质和抗病的特点,品种的推广应用对保障新疆粮食安全、社会稳定有极大的促进作用。
3、滴灌小麦养分精准监测与精量控制施肥技术研究与应用
项目针对我国小麦氮肥过量投入导致资源巨大浪费和环境严重污染的突出问题,准确把握国内外小麦施肥技术发展方向,对国内外小麦高产高效生产系统分析和开展小麦生长发育与氮素吸收利用规律研究的基础上,立足兵团规模化滴灌小麦氮素应用快速诊断技术构建、精量施肥关键技术创新和集成示范推广等三个层面开展了以下几个方面研究:(1)以滴灌小麦氮素营养快速诊断为核心,研究了滴灌小麦土壤和植株氮素养分的光谱特征,建立了滴灌小麦氮素营养光谱诊断模型,构建了基于光谱的滴灌小麦氮素营养快速监测技术体系。(2)在滴灌小麦氮素营养监测的基础上,研究滴灌小麦氮素吸收利用特性,建立了滴灌小麦氮素施肥推荐模型(基肥推荐+追肥推荐),研发施肥决策系统(PC版、安卓手机版)。(3)针对滴灌小麦追肥定时定量可控性差,施肥均匀度低的技术难题,研发了滴灌精量配肥施肥装置,构建了集“作物信息快速感知→数据分析与决策→精量配肥施肥”为一体的滴灌小麦精量追肥技术体系,大幅度提高了施肥均匀度和施肥工作效率。(4)通过多点试验示范与形式多样的推广,普及滴灌小麦肥料合理施用理念与技术,充分挖掘新疆小麦的氮素高效利用潜力,实现小麦高产高效的生产目的,带动当地滴灌小麦生产,引领我国小麦现代施肥技术的发展。
通过组织多部门、多学科协作研究及推广,取得了技术突破与创新:(1)明确并提出了以滴灌小麦氮素高效利用为核心的精准施肥关键技术,集成“滴灌小麦氮素营养监测技术”、“滴灌小麦施肥决策技术”和“滴灌小麦精量施肥控制技术”3项技术突破,其中“滴灌施肥精量控制系统”获得2项发明专利,实用新型专利5项。(2)滴灌小麦氮素营养综合管理与精量施肥关键技术创新极大地丰富了我国滴灌小麦高产高效生产内容,培养了一批从事小麦科技方面的人才队伍。项目累计培养研究生3名,其中博士研究生2名,硕士研究生1名。培训农业技术人员506人,新增就业人数112人,对小麦精准施肥技术应用起到极大的推动作用。
相关研究成果的推广应用,推动了新疆地区滴灌小麦氮肥施用水平的提高,带动了新疆及全国小麦施肥整体水平的提升,对保障国家粮食安全和农民增收做出了贡献。该项目成果2011年至2016年加速了在第六师多个团场示范推广的面积,近年来累计示范应用154.8万亩,亩节约肥料量平均8.5kg,平均每亩节约15.5元,每亩小麦单产平均提高40公斤,五年累计节本增效14906.98万元。
4、规模化棉花精准生产技术及产品示范与推广
合作团队针对棉花生产中管理与决策缺乏精准性,生产与管理相对粗放,种植和劳动成本增加、棉花比较效益下降,生产手段和信息智能技术相对滞后,制约了棉花持续增产增效的重大技术问题。由Betway必威西汉姆联为牵头单位,联合中国农业机械化科学研究院、新疆石达赛特科技有限公司、兵团石河子国家农业科技园区、部分农牧团场等单位,通过国家863计划、国家科技支撑计划、国家农业成果转化等项目的实施,历经15年的多学科、多部门协同攻关和技术创新,以棉花种、管、收过程中的关键环节为切入点,围绕棉花播种、施肥、灌溉、病虫害监测及采收环节开展了精准监测技术的研发,攻克了多项棉花生产精准管理技术难题,形成了一系列创新性成果,开发了配套产品,并在此基础上进行了大规模的生产应用和示范,极大的推动了我国精准农业的发展。经团队多年联合攻关,研发出棉花精准播种在线监测和变量控制技术及产品;创新性建立了棉田“养分监测→施肥决策→养分分区施肥处方图编制→变量控制施肥”的精细化管理技术体系;开发了棉田土壤养分信息管理与作物推荐施肥系统,研发了定量配肥装置;攻克了土壤墒情远程监测、传输、决策及灌溉自动控制关键技术;自主研发了区域棉田病虫害信息采集和预报的新技术;建立了基于生境和时相信息的棉花黄萎病害监测新方法;研制了采棉机棉花产量在线监测和棉箱火情预警监测系统。经鉴定,团队相关技术成果达到了国内领先,国际先进水平。
多项产品及应用技术已经在生产实际中得到大面积推广应用。据应用单位统计,在新疆生产建设兵团第二师、第五师、第六师、第七师、第八师,以及玛纳斯县、沙湾县等地区推广应用,推广应用面积1805.33万亩,创造直接经济效益54.32亿元。在合作成果推广过程中,形成了以大专院校和科研院所为技术支撑,以八师核心,辐射第五、六、七师等各级农技推广部门及产品生产企业共同参与的科技成果推广体系,采取了“攻关—集成—示范—推广”的协同联动,创建棉花“种—管—收”规模化精准作业技术体系,达到了以棉花规模化精准作业技术来提高棉花种植管理水平和效率,实现节本增效。并且在推广应用过程中,形成了一批成熟的技术与市场需求的产品,先后被应用单位、相关领域的知名专家和团场用户予以认可、肯定以及高度赞扬,对技术的推广普及起到了积极的推动作用。
